No corporate event is like the other, all processes must be well defined and timed. Even with the best planning, there is always a certain mental tension and a thrill before it starts. Therefore, a number of skills are required for event planners: the ability to prepare everything conscientiously, keep cool on the spot and react quickly to changes as well as a high stress-resistance.

For the preparation of our events in the office and the implementation on site, we are looking for professionals, who are passionate about events!

If you feel at home in a young, dynamic team, are ready to face new tasks, like to work with people, like to travel and ideally already gained experience with events, we would like to meet you!

If you are not yet experienced in events, but would like to get to know this interesting industry, you can do an internship with us or support us as a freelancer (m/w/n) at our events.

We are looking for:

 

Project Manager / Assistant (m/f/n) full time / part time

... for the continuous support of our customers, from answering a request over conception and organization of the event, to billing and evaluation. Several years of professional experience and experience in teambuilding desirable.

 

 


 

Team Trainer, Outdoor Educators, Freelancer & Guides (m/f/n)

... for occasional assistance at our events (students, hiking guides, rafting guides, ski instructors, mountain guides, etc.)

 


 

Internship from approx. February 2023

... for ambitious students with previous experience with events or in the office. The experience can be acquired in advance as a freelancer at our events.
