Teambuilding in Kitzbühel

"Summer Feeling" was to be spread during the teambuilding event of a well-known restaurant chain.

Two groups of 90 people came to experience a teambuilding of a special kind in Kitzbühel in the afternoon: wooden, tarpaulins and strings were used to build dragon boats in small teams. For this challenge good communication and a smooth cooperation in the team was needed. The participants had a lot of fun and got to know their colleagues in a completely new way. The joy was great, when the boat was finally finished and tested in the water after a champagne baptism. The teams then participated in an exciting regatta and were honored at the awards ceremony for their great performance.

In the second group, the weather unfortunately thwarted plans, so we decided together with the customer to carry out the previously defined bad weather program. There were exciting team-building activities at the hotel including a small Ipad Rally, the Marshmallow Challenge and the Island Game, which all teams enthusiastically attended. Despite the bad weather, the mood among the participants was excellent. It reached its climax when the band ensured party feelings with "groovy sound" at the evening.
