Teambuilding in Kitzbühel „Summer Feeling“

Two groups of 90 people came to experience a teambuilding event of a special kind in Kitzbühel in the afternoon: wood, tarps and strings were used to build dragon boats in small teams. For this challenge good communication and smooth cooperation in the team was needed. The participants had a lot of fun and got to know their colleagues in a completely new way. The joy was great, when the boat was finally finished and tested in the water after the champagne baptism. The teams then participated in an exciting regatta and were honored at the award ceremony for their great performance.

Unfortunately, the weather threw a spanner in the works for the second group, so together with the customer we decided to go ahead with the bad weather program that had already been scheduled in advance. At the hotel, there were exciting teambuilding activities such as a small iPad rally, the marshmallow challenge and the island game, among others, in which all teams enthusiastically participated. Despite the bad weather, the mood among the guests was excellent. It reached its peak when the band provided a "party feeling" in the evening with "groovy sound".
